KBZPay Deposit & Withdrawal Steps

KBZPay is the only way money moves in and out of your PG Soft Myanmar account. There is no bank transfer option, no card and no crypto. That keeps things simple: one app to pay from, one account to cash out to.

This guide walks through a KBZPay deposit and a KBZPay withdrawal on our site, screen by screen. It also covers the two questions our support team hears most: "my deposit hasn't arrived" and "why can't I withdraw yet?"

What You Need Before Your First KBZPay Deposit

Three things, all quick:

• A PG Soft Myanmar account. If you don't have one yet, register here first.
• A KBZPay app with enough balance for the amount you want to add.
• Your own KBZPay number, in your own name. You'll need it for withdrawals later, so save it once and forget about it.

You must be 18 or older to open an account and play.

How Much Is the Minimum Deposit?

The standard minimum is 5,000 Ks per deposit.

There is one exception. If you claim the 1000% welcome bonus, the floor drops to 1,000 Ks. A 1,000 Ks deposit with that bonus gives you 11,000 Ks to play with. The bonus tops out at 10,000 Ks, so depositing more under this offer won't raise it further.

How to Deposit with KBZPay, Step by Step

Our deposit method is called KBZPay Instant. You pay on a separate KBZPay checkout page, and the site tops up your balance by itself once the payment clears. You don't upload a slip or wait for a staff member to approve anything.

1. Log in and tap Deposit. Choose the KBZPay Instant card.
2. Enter the amount. Type it in, or tap a quick amount: 10,000, 50,000, 100,000, 500,000 or 1,000,000 Ks.
3. Pick a bonus, or skip it. If you choose one, the screen shows its minimum deposit and maximum bonus. It warns you if your amount is below that bonus's minimum.
4. Tap "Go to checkout". The KBZPay checkout opens in a new browser tab.
5. Pay in that tab with your KBZPay app.
6. Come back to our tab and tap "I've paid in KBZPay". The screen switches to "confirming with KBZPay".
7. Wait for "Balance topped up". You don't need to refresh. The waiting screen shows how long most payments take to clear, based on recent real payments.

If you close the checkout tab by accident before paying, use Reopen checkout instead of starting a new deposit. That avoids opening two orders for the same money.

My KBZPay Deposit Hasn't Arrived — What Now?

Don't pay a second time. A second payment won't push the first one through; it just creates a second order to sort out.

Look at the deposit screen instead. It will show one of two things:

• "The time to pay on this checkout has run out." If you didn't pay, just start a new deposit. If you did pay, your money isn't lost.
• "This payment needs a person to look at it." A staff member has to check it by hand.

Can I Withdraw Right Away? Bonuses and Turnover

If you deposited without a bonus, you can request a withdrawal whenever you like.

If a bonus is active, finish its turnover first. Think of turnover as the running total of every stake you place; it counts bets, not losses. Each offer sets its own multiple: 45× for the 1000% welcome bonus, 20× for the New Member 100%, 5× for the 10% top-up bonus.

The 1000% welcome bonus has one more rule. The most you can withdraw from it is 50,000 Ks. When that withdrawal is approved, anything above 50,000 Ks is removed. Asking for a smaller amount won't save the rest for later, so plan your play with that cap in mind.

How to Withdraw to KBZPay

1. Save your KBZPay account first. Go to your bank accounts in the member menu and add KBZ Pay. The name must match your own; we only pay out to an account in your name.
2. Open Withdraw. The screen shows your available balance.
3. Enter the amount. If it is below the minimum withdrawal, the screen tells you the smallest amount allowed.
4. Choose your KBZPay account and tap Submit Withdrawal.
5. Watch for the money in KBZPay. Most withdrawals arrive within 5 to 30 minutes.

Small Habits That Save You Trouble

• Use one KBZPay number. Deposit from and withdraw to the same account in your name. We can't pay out to an account in someone else's name.
• Keep the reference number until your balance updates. It's the fastest way for support to find your payment.
• Read the bonus turnover before you tick the box. If you want to withdraw quickly, a no-bonus deposit is often the better choice.

Why is my withdrawal button blocked?

Most likely a bonus is still active and its turnover isn't finished. Open your bet history: the Bonus Progress card there shows the turnover required, what you have played and what remains. When it reaches zero, you can withdraw. Deposits made without a bonus have no turnover requirement.

How long does a KBZPay withdrawal take?

Most withdrawals reach your KBZPay account within 5 to 30 minutes after you submit them. If one takes longer, contact Live Chat or Telegram @pgsoftmyanmar with the time you submitted it.
