PG Soft Myanmar Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 or older. You must also be allowed to take part in online gaming where you live; checking that is your responsibility. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and we close accounts held by anyone under 18.

Each person may hold one account. Register with your real name and a phone number you own, because we match these against your KBZPay account when you withdraw.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for play on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We accept one payment method: KBZPay. Deposits must come from, and withdrawals go to, a KBZPay account in your own name. We do not pay out to a friend's or relative's account.

The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks. The one exception is the 1000% welcome bonus, which accepts a 1,000 Ks deposit. Delays caused by KBZPay itself are outside our control, but we will help trace any payment.

Most bonuses carry a turnover requirement: you must bet a set multiple before a withdrawal is allowed. For example, the 1000% welcome bonus needs 45× turnover and caps withdrawals at 50,000 Ks.

Each offer's own rules are on the promotions page and take priority over this general section. Bonuses are for genuine play; we may cancel a bonus and its winnings if it was claimed through duplicate accounts or abuse.

Spin results are produced by PG Soft's game servers. We cannot see them in advance or change them.

The RTP we show is the long-run figure PG Soft publishes for each game, averaged over a huge number of spins. It does not predict what you will get in one session.

If a game malfunctions, pays and plays made during the fault are void. We check your bet history and, where a bet was taken but not settled, return the stake.

We may suspend or close an account, and hold any balance while we investigate, if we find:

• More than one account held by the same person.
• Payments from a KBZPay account in someone else's name, or signs of fraud.
• Abuse of bonuses, referrals or the Lucky Wheel.
• False registration details, or play by anyone under 18.

You can ask support to pause your account, close it or self-exclude you at any time. Our responsible gambling page explains how.

We update these terms when the site or our offers change, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Playing after an update means you accept the new version. Bonuses already claimed keep the rules they were claimed under.
