Do my bets or winnings count toward VIP?

No. Only approved deposits count. How much you bet, win or lose, and which PG game you play, has no effect on your level. Bonus money and referral rewards are not counted either.

Do I have to ask for my level-up reward?

No. Once the system records your new level, our team adds the reward listed in the table. If you jump two levels with one deposit, both rewards are paid. Each reward needs 2× turnover before withdrawal.

What do I need for the birthday bonus?

Three things. A date of birth entered in your profile before the month arrives, an account that has existed for 90 days or longer, and at least one KBZPay top-up of 30,000 Ks or more during the birthday month itself. The bonus then needs 6× turnover.

Why is my daily limit high but each withdrawal capped at 5,000,000 Ks?

The 5,000,000 Ks cap applies to every single request at every level. The daily limit is the total you can take out across several requests in one day, so a Gold player can make many requests up to 100,000,000 Ks.

Where do I check my progress toward the next level?

How Do You Reach a Higher PG Soft Myanmar VIP Level?

Every KBZPay deposit that our team approves is added to your lifetime total. Cross a threshold and the new level appears on your account without any form or request. Bronze starts at 300,000 Ks, Gold at 5,000,000 Ks and Masterpiece at 2,000,000,000 Ks.

There is no turnover requirement for grading, and nothing to keep up each month. A level, once reached, stays with you even if you take a long break.

Weekly Cashback: 3% at the Start, 5% from Platinum

If your week ends in a net loss, part of it comes back every Monday. New and Bronze get 3%, Silver 3.5%, Gold 4.5%, and Platinum onwards 5%.

A quick example: a net loss of 1,000,000 Ks returns 30,000 Ks at Bronze and 50,000 Ks at Platinum. Payouts under 5,000 Ks are skipped, the weekly maximum is 300,000 Ks, and cashback needs 6× turnover before withdrawal.

Level-Up Rewards, Birthday Bonus and Gifts

Each new level from Bronze upward pays a one-off reward: 10,000 Ks at Bronze, 100,000 Ks at Platinum, 1,000,000 Ks at Sapphire, and 10,000,000 Ks at Masterpiece.

Our team adds it after the system records your new level. Skip two levels with one big deposit and you receive both rewards. Each carries a 2× turnover.

The birthday bonus grows with your level: 50,000 Ks at New and Bronze, 75,000 Ks at Silver, 100,000 Ks at Gold and 200,000 Ks from Platinum. From Ruby, a physical gift is sent too.

Withdrawal Limits, Queue Priority and VIP Support

Your daily withdrawal limit rises from 30,000,000 Ks at New to 500,000,000 Ks at Masterpiece. A single withdrawal still tops out at 5,000,000 Ks, so large amounts are split across several requests in one day.
